We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially loved the breakfast with a rich variety of options. The staff were friendly, and they were very good too meet all our requests. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located opposite the Pio XII metro station. there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, making it a great choice for dining options. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel had a parking facility, very convenient for our stay. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is also a major advantage for travelers.
The hotel staff's lack of responsiveness in handling wake-up calls and laundry services was a disappointing aspect of the stay.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, with the metro station just across the street. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The service here was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us in any way they could. From helping us secure tickets to special exhibitions to making train reservations, they truly made our stay stress-free. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful traditional Spanish decor. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including freshly pressed orange juice and delicious coffee. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.
