The hotel is ideally located next to a large shopping mall, making it very convenient for guests to access various shops and entertainment options. the hotel is situated in a pleasant area, close to the metro station, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The hotel's proximity to the airport is also a major advantage for travelers.
The hotel staff's lack of responsiveness in handling wake-up calls and laundry services was a disappointing aspect of the stay.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, with the metro station just across the street. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The service here was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us in any way they could. From helping us secure tickets to special exhibitions to making train reservations, they truly made our stay stress-free. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful traditional Spanish decor. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including freshly pressed orange juice and delicious coffee. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.
